Ring around the moon

I finally bought a nail art pen, & my first try was this little manicure – ballet slipper pink polish & black moons on one hand, black tips on the other.

Doing this little manicure put me in mind of one of my favourite bands ever, Construction & Destruction, otherwise known as my friends-of-friends, Colleen and Dave. They live in a tiny house by the sea in Nova Scotia, otherwise we’d be best friends, I assume. I love seeing them play & listening to their records reminds me to make time for bass lessons.
